Rather, Dani has brought together her years of experience developing human behaviour change interventions and canine behaviour knowledge, to bring you a self-completed digital journal aimed at improving your overall well-being whilst supporting your dog's needs and training journey. As well as this, the journal is filled with information around your dog's needs, genetic predispositions as well as tips and tricks for working on new behaviours and skills. There are worksheets around advocating for your dog, crisis planning, challenging negative thoughts as well as space for analysing difficult encounters. On top of that, the journal includes 24 weeks of planning space for both enrichment and training activities, including weekly goal setting for you and your dog.
